Employment Law
Mr. Prince has extensive experience in the area of labor and employment law, having served as an administrative law judge for the Merit Protection Commission between 1991–1993. He has served as defense counsel on a wide variety of employment litigation claims, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA and § 1983 civil rights claims. Mr. Prince represents the interests of both private and governmental employers, together with providing counsel and representation to employees.
