Tom PrinceThomas E. Prince (“Tom”) has been engaged in resolving disputes since 1982. For over 25 years, he has concentrated his practice in the litigation of complex commercial transactions, government relations, professional licensing and labor and employment matters. His areas of practice also include business law, wills and estates and health law.

Following law school, Mr. Prince began his career in association with an outstanding litigator, the late Paul Ferguson, first at Ferguson & Litchfield, then later as a partner at Ferguson & Prince. Between 1990 and 1997, Mr. Prince was associated with the firm of York & Slater. Since 1997, Mr. Prince has practiced under the firm name of Prince Law Office, P.C.

Mr. Prince strongly supports community activities and charitable service, and currently serves as the Chairman of the State Election Board.
